help small handmade sellers expose to a whole new world.

For Buyers:

Payments Policy
We currently have the only option to pay cash on delivery.

Our Community Policy
Be respectful towards other members. Don’t use reviews & rating to publicly
disparage a specific member, shop, or item.
Be honest in your reviews, it will affect how the others see the item.
Don’t use Mimelle to discuss coordinating pricing with other sellers.
Don’t spam.
Don’t use Mimelle to harass other members
We reserve the right to take action against any account or content that
violates this policy.

Privacy Policy
We need to process your personal information to run our business and
provide our users with the Services. By accepting our Terms of Use, you are
confirming that you have read and understand this policy, including how and
why we use your information. If you don’t want us to collect or process your
personal information in the ways described in this policy, you shouldn’t use
the Services. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies or
practices of any of our members.

Reviews and Rating
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the
comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent
string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash)
may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The
Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/
privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to
the public in the context of your comment.

For Sellers:

Advertising & Marketing Policy
We believe ads should help sellers grow their businesses. We offer sellers
multiple advertising services to promote their items. We do promote sellers
items and not the sellers page on insta, we do have the right to use the items
pictures listed in our website to promote on our different advertising
channels.

Promoted Listings
We currently have a promoted list on our main page based on pages that
encourage sellers to search the whole website , and by most rated and most
clicked items.
We will be offering multiple packages for the promoted listing later.

Payment Policy
We have different ways of paying our sellers monthly : by Cash, Bank transfer
to Blom Account or by OMT ( fees applies )

Handmade Policy
We have makers — sellers who are literally making their items with their own
hands, tools .
You must be transparent about who is helping you and how your items are
being made. Everything listed as handmade must be made and/or designed
by you, the seller. Reselling is prohibited in our website. You may also have
shop members who help you run your business, as long as you, the seller, are
making and/or designing your items.
Use your own words and photographs (not stock photos) to describe your
items; and
Respond to any inquiries from us in a timely manner. We may ask you how
your items are made, how much time they need or to answer any
enquiry from a customer.

Shipping Your Items
We are responsible of shipping your items, once the item is ready for us to
pick up you should update the status of the item on your dashboard in order
for us to know.
We will pick up your item from the address you specified when registering
within 1-2 business days once it’s ready.
We will make sure the item is similar to the pictures on your products, we
have the right to return the item from our end if the item is not similar to the
pictures the customer saw.
Any defected item from your side can be returned directly.
Any item defected after we pick up from you and before we deliver to the
client will be our responsibility.

Deactivating the account
We have the right to cancel your account at anytime if any of the following
happens:
– Using items that are not handmade by you
– Sending defected items
– As we mentioned before, we have the right to return any item that looks
different than the pictures, if this happens many time we have the right to
deactivate your account without notice.
– We Deactivate any account that have been registered for 3-4 days without
adding any product on his page because we consider that he doesnt want
to join Mimelle.
– we have the right to deactivate any account that we feel does not follow
Mimelle’s rules.
– We have the right to deactivate an account if we feel that the prices are
being higher than the selling prices on other platforms because we want
to serve the customer in a better way.
